This is a Legacy Edition SAM refit of NordwarUA's Guards Armor Replacer. You WILL need to install the original mod for this to work - then install my mesh refits over the top - all I've done is refit the meshes for SAM and package them up. This replacer assumes you're using the full Guards Armour Replacer mod, which requires all DLC and USLEEP. Unlike a lot of other mods, this isn't designed for the player, although you can certainly get and wear the various armours. What the original mod does is give all the guards from the various holds of Skyrim unique armour sets, each reflecting the culture and history of the hold. I find it's wonderful for immersion, but unfortunately wasn't compatible with SAM, so... I fixed it. Eventually. Credits to: NordwarUA for the original mod and for permission to convert ElderVerK for advice on refits I am aware there are some minor clipping issues when moving, and some of the light armours are problematic when guards are at larger body sizes - even deleting vertices there's only so much I can do on those ones. There's also a chance you'll find a random naked guy in the great hall at Windhelm. That seems to be an issue with the original mod. Just give the guy some armour using whatever method you prefer--or enjoy the view. Feedback and screenshots welcome - I'm getting better at them, but it's still not my forte. Please feel free to convert to SE if you like. I do not have it and will not be able to convert it myself.

Bodyslide files for DLC2 armors and clothing. Only uploading for @Somsommi to complete their RCB refits. You probably gonna have to fix a few clippings here and there, I obviously didn't test them too much in-game; someone did told me they have CTD in Windhelm but I couldn't reproduce it on my end so you might want to be wary of it too. (I couldn't think why would you crash in Windhelm tho; the Cultist robes was definitely fine and so is the Dunmer outfits, which I believe the only 2 possible armors of DLC2 that could be present there. If you do have ctd, probably the ordering of the mesh for the Dunmer's outfits for the textureset to work) (false alarm apparently xD) I've moved on to working on HIMBO so I couldn't find the time to manage 2 sets of armor mods for two bodies; it's just too much for me. I hope Somsommi can continue what I started. I hope to see great things from you and RCB For those who didn't bother to read description; I couldn't offer any support for these files anymore. Think of this as my parting gift for SAM and the amazing years I've had with it. But for now, duty calls for me to work on HIMBO. If you guys ever move to HIMBO, see you guys there

I don't have any knowledge of HDT settings, but I'm playing around with HDT settings and I think these settings are useful and I want to share them. No other bone settings other than the belly were modified. It can look weird when used on slim or muscular characters Requirements HDT BBB SAM How to install You can use MO2 to place it under the SAM HDT BBB or unzip it, then go to the appropriate path in the SAM HDT BBB folder and paste the SAMBody.xml

First download original mod here : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/46905?tab=description Then overwrite it with my file including esp. So far i don't see clip but for extreme samson and samuel value maybe the gauntlet start clip between Inner and outer part. 1st person support for SAM. In this file i include some fix for textures resolution too. I think that's all. Enjoy then. Credit to Spaz490 and Goddess outfit mod.

I changed the slots so that the pants no longer leave the genitals visible, and the shirts can be worn with underwear or necklaces. ohh and also added a Sleeveless Hoodie. Since it's kind of a personal project it's far from perfect, the basic shirt, for example, will clip a lot if you raise your arms. i might polish them later. But, anyways, here it is, hope you like it: Modern Clothes (for SAM Light).rar

@niphael It's literally in the description of this mod along with the tools for it. @ShmooZ My mod is compatible with all vanilla-based eye meshes. The SUEMR eye meshes work fine. @thewinslow Use the vanilla "No Scar" option that's generally located at the center of the slider (due to sorting by internal names, my high poly scar meshes are listed first). It simply points to using no scar mesh.

As mentioned elsewhere, make sure High Poly Head.esm isn't using the ESL flag. This will cause the script to fail due to wrong load order detection.

Only the player is affected. Existing NPC's require new Facegen data to be exported from the CK.
  43. 1 point
@pilkkoa They've always been usable. You just need to follow the same method used for getting the vanilla head mesh sculpt on custom followers. @Skyimchamp If you're using custom sliders meant for the vanilla head mesh, they won't work on the high poly head. I only converted slider morphs that were included with RaceMenu and EFM.

@russety This mod is compatible with any texture that was made for the original vanilla head mesh. @islaxo Make sure you install the original Expressive Facegen Morphs mod if you pick that option in the installer. Also, make sure any NPC overhaul/replacer mod you're using isn't overwriting files used by my mod. @Bullfye That's just a texture mod for the vanilla mouth mesh. It won't conflict with my mod since no textures or mouth meshes are included.

@bokentekina Use the Google Drive mirror. It's the very first link in the downloads. People really need to stop posting 1 star reviews due to site issues. I've no control over that. @jessevjames89 Don't manually extract anything. Just use a mod manager to install the original .zip and follow the installer script.

@MrManMain You'll have to redo the sculpt. They're not transferable between the vanilla head and high poly head meshes without using an outside program. @I'm Dirty Dan The High Poly Head mod doesn't do anything on its own. The only hard requirement is Dawnguard, but I added an alternate .esm for people who don't have it. With that aside, the game should still launch even without RaceMenu. @steven21 I made sure the eye sockets on the high poly head mesh matches the vanilla head mesh to avoid any alignment issues with eye lashes. Make sure you're not switching from a preset that had sculpt data for the vanilla head. As for the vampire head issue, certain combat mods like Combat Gameplay Overhaul modify vampire races to fit the design the mod author had in mind. It's a simple check (and fix), but you'll have to use xEdit for it. Basically use xEdit to load all your plugins in your current load order to see if any of your active mods are conflicting with my vampire head fix. Simply remove the Overlay Head Part List flag from any conflicting vampire race records. Sacrosanct doesn't appear to modify any race.

I cleaned up my custom xEdit scripts and made them as user friendly as possible. No need to manually add a master or input a load order. The scripts will do it automatically. I'm releasing it early for those that want to play around with it now without having to wait for the next update. HPH xEdit Scripts.zip Included in the archive are 3 scripts: Skyrim - KL Filter Race.pas Skyrim - KL Swap Headparts.pas Skyrim - KL Copy NPC Protected Status.pas The basic idea is to use the scripts on a custom .esp that has a collection of NPC records. It can be created in xEdit by making deep copies (with overwrites) of all the NPC's in the vanilla masters (.esm) into a new .esp. From there, use Skyrim - KL Filter Race.pas on the custom .esp to filter out any NPC race not supported by the High Poly Head mod (around 6500 NPC's cut down to around 3500). Then use Skyrim - KL Swap Headparts.pas to auto swap all vanilla head part records to their high poly version. The values are hardcoded and custom head parts are not supported. Optionally, Skyrim - KL Copy NPC Protected Status.pas can be used to copy over any NPC Protected status found on the plugins currently loaded in xEdit (like NPCs Protected Redux.esp). Once your custom .esp is fully modified, open it in the Creation Kit to export new Facegen data. This is required to see any changes in the game. While working on the scripts and exporting Facegen data, I noticed how much of an eyesore some of the clipping with the vanilla hair meshes can be. I decided to go ahead and convert all the vanilla hair meshes to high poly. Currently, all the human male hair meshes have been converted (some still need some manual tweaks). It'll take me awhile to finish the rest.

The sunken vampire face option is not needed either if you're using EFM.
  49. 1 point
@ScarecroOw Like any custom race, you will run into issues in one form or another. That mod changes so many things with races. To keep its design intact, you'll have to modify each head part record and change the path for the vanilla assets to the high poly head. @darksynth0 Both Aesthetic Elves and EFM make changes to the racial morphs. They can't be used at the same time. Since EFM also comes with a modified mouth mesh, it's recommended to only use one or the other. The HPH installer lists the options in the same order the files will be overwritten. I can update the installer to make it easier to see which options are compatible and which aren't.

The sunken vampire faces can be removed by clearing the VampireMorph morph from all the head parts (chargen.tri) using Outfit Studio. It's a tedious task considering there are also 45 beards to modify. I can add that as an option for those who prefer it in the next update. I tested the high poly head in the sculpt tab and got a constant 60 fps. All 3 high poly parts (head, brows, beard) were enabled for editing. To try and get the fps to drop, I loaded one of the high poly hair meshes I have (28k vertices) and enabled it for editing. This dropped the fps down to 20. All tests were done at 4k (without ENB) on the latest versions of SE (1.5.97) and RaceMenu (0.4.12) running on an i7-7700K with GTX 1070 8GB GPU. It might just come down to GPU and how Expired programmed the sculpt rendering.
